Mickel Lampkin

Coach Mickel Lampkin is a dedicated board member of Next Level International Academy, bringing a unique blend of corporate insight, entrepreneurial spirit, and a passion for youth mentorship. He currently serves as an analyst for Heidelberg Materials, a leading global materials company.

Mickel is also the founder of Star Nouveau Consulting, a private consulting firm that has played a key role in the growth and development of several businesses. His leadership experience spans both the corporate and nonprofit sectors.

With over 13 years of basketball coaching experience, Mickel has worked with a wide range of athletes—from pre-teen boys to young adult men. He also founded a successful AAU basketball team, helping numerous young athletes achieve their dreams of pursuing higher education through college scholarships. Throughout his career, Mickel has remained committed to mentoring young men, using basketball as a platform for personal development and life skills.
